- Make sure the tablet is turned off. Press and hold the Power button for about 2-3 seconds and select Power Off option to turn it off.
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
- When logo appears on the screen release the Power button and continue press the Volume Up button.
- Select wipe data/factory reset. (Volume buttons to go up or down, select with Power button)
- Select Yes — delete all user data.
- Finally, select Reboot system now.
- Your tablet will reboot and go through setup steps.
- Setup and download your apps again from Google Play Store
